Cabinet Details and Features
A: STANDARD CONSTRUCTION:
Tops, bottoms and end panels are constructed from ½″ thick industrial grade furniture board with a Maple printed interior and exterior. End panels are dadoed into the face frame and set back from the outside edge 9⁄32″. Backs are ¼” thick industrial grade medium density fibercore, with printed Maple wood-grain to match the cabinet interior.Tops, bottoms and end panels are constructed from ½″ thick industrial grade furniture board with a Maple printed interior and exterior. A: (UPGRADE) PLYWOOD CONSTRUCTION:
- Tops, bottoms, end panels and nailers are constructed from ½” thick plywood with a Maple finished interior and exterior. End panels are dadoed into the face frame and set back from the outside edge 9⁄32”. The exterior of the end panel is intended for concealed installation. Finished ends must be specified. Backs are ¼” thick plywood, with Maple printed finish to match the cabinet interior.

Our nailers are made from medium density industrial grade furniture board affixed to the cabinet backs with glue and staples. All nailers are ½” x 2½”. Nailers will be plywood on plywood cabinets. - C: HINGES

Cabinet toe space is 4½” high and 3”deep. Cabinets in the Office cabinets feature a 3″ flush toe. - G: FACE FRAMES
Face frames are 3/4″ thick solid wood with 1 1/2″ stiles and rails. Reinforced with self-boring screws and bonded with adhesives to enhance stability and ensure square construction.
